“O mia chera Engiadina cu mê vo que a fin, cha quista suldüna nu saja tieu destin”
“In Engiadin’Ota” is a visual exploration of the negative consequences of the pronounced multilocality in the Upper Engadin. This work documents the prevailing grievances of our society. The physical absences caused by secondary residences contrast with the strong local capitalism, status symbols and consumerism. The Upper Engadin is a model of the failure of capitalism as well as an expression of the ever-widening gap in our social classes.
