Studio 4: Workshop with Vera Sacchetti
This Studio 4 Workshop with design critic and curator Vera Sacchetti explores the evolution of design practice from its traditional foundations toward expanded forms of engagement. Students are introduced to a range of practitioners and approaches, while critically reflecting on their own methods and positioning. The aim is to define what an “expanded practice” means within the context of their individual work.
Building on these insights, students situate their MA thesis project within this broader understanding and begin to develop ways of translating it into a spatial setting. The studio culminates in a collaboratively curated, ephemeral exhibition.
