Thesis Mentoring 1

Each student, based on their chosen project topics, is assigned 1–2 personal tutors who play a pivotal role in providing dedicated guidance. These personal tutors supervise and closely accompany the projects through regular, individually scheduled tutorials. Furthermore, students have the opportunity to engage with other internal or external experts tailored to specific topics or questions that may arise.

Regular discussions with internal tutors form an integral part of the mentoring process. During these interactions, students not only specify their master’s project but also engage in continuous development. Additionally, students identify and establish contact with specialists relevant to their projects, facilitating a broader understanding of their chosen field.

A key focus is on ensuring that students document their findings in the form of evaluations, drafts, and well-structured arguments. This documentation process contributes to the creation of a robust foundation for the continued development of the project into the final diploma semester.
