Im Mittelpunkt der visuellen Erkundung der Farbe Rot stehen mehrere Geschichten. Die Reise führt durch verschiedene Zeiten und verbindet die ganze Welt. Der rotorange Sonnenaufgang leitet in die Publikation ein und führt über unterschiedliche Kontinente zum rotvioletten Sonnenuntergang. Im Verlauf der Reise werden zentrale Themen wie Blut, Feuer, Macht und Liebe beleuchtet und in Form von Bildwelten dargestellt und (nach-)erlebt. Das Primitive der Farbe Rot hat im Prozess der Gestaltung einen hohen Stellenwert und ist die eigentliche Grundlage dieser Arbeit. Das Spannungsfeld der Farbe zugrunde liegenden Paradoxie wird dabei intensiv beleuchtet.

The visual exploration of the color red focuses on multiple stories. The journey leads through different times and connects the whole world. The red-orange sunrise opens the publication and leads across different continents to the red-purple sunset. During the journey, central themes such as blood, fire, power and love are examined, depicted and experienced in the form of imagery. The primitive aspect of red is important in the process of design and is also the basis of this work. The tension of the paradox at the core of this color is intensively analyzed.
